Stator and rotor parts
Product Introduction
In a common DC motor, windings (coils) are installed on the stator, and the rotor forms a hollow core through the inside of the stator. This type of motor is called a DC motor. In a DC motor, the windings on the stator and the rim on the rotor form electromagnetic induction through friction, thereby driving the rotor to rotate.
If you want to develop a high-speed rotating motor, you need to increase the air gap between the rotor and the stator, which can be achieved through lamination, die-casting, etc. For example, in a die-cast rotor, an alumina ceramic protective layer and magnetic sheets are wrapped around the outside of the rotating motor shaft. In the laminated stator, each winding is stacked separately, which can dissipate heat more easily.
Generally speaking, die-cast rotors and laminated stators are commonly used process methods in manufacturing high-speed motors. They can improve the operating efficiency and reliability of the motor to a certain extent.
